Jacalyn Cook: Jacalyn is a full time Mortgage Agent at Mortgage Intelligence Oshawa.  Jacalyn has been with the MiMortgage Team for 9 years.  In that time the MiMortgage Team has grown from 3 to over 20 agents. It is now the largest Mortgage Intelligence office in Durham Region.

Jacalyn works hand in hand with Senior Mortgage Agent Kelly Kozar as they assess all incoming mortgage applications. Together they find the best mortgage option and rate for their clients from the vast number of Lenders that are aligned with Mortgage Intelligence.

Jacalyn’s role at the office also consists of Compliance officer.

Her duties include reviewing all mortgage approvals before sending them to head office for completion at closing.  This is a vital role in assuring all clients of the office that their mortgage has been completed in compliance with the strict guidelines of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
